Acceptance should be based on contract technical conditions rather than product names, photographs or unverified certification claims.

Products may require chemistry, mechanical properties, hardness, dimensions, surface, NDT, pressure, tensile or assembly checks.

Define sample count, measurement location, instrument, acceptance rule and non-conformance handling, especially for coils and long products.

Kaixi applies incoming, process, dimensional, surface and delivery controls through the shared system, without presenting the reference site's old ISO version as current Kaixi certification.

Medical, pressure, load-bearing, welded and corrosive service usually need clearer documents, inspection and traceability.

Provide inspection standard, test list, report format, sampling and third-party requirements with the inquiry.
