Kaixi's combined range is approximately 0.03–580 mm, but this spans different dimensional definitions and is not one diameter range for every product.

Tolerance should follow assembly, processing and function; unnecessarily tight tolerances change the route, inspection and cost.

Wire uses diameter/section, tube uses OD/wall, strip uses thickness/width, profiles use full section and connectors use interfaces.

Agree measurement location, instrument, sampling, temperature condition and decision rule to avoid method differences.

Precision stamping, capillary systems, medical parts and fitted assemblies are more tolerance-sensitive and usually require samples or drawings.

Provide nominal dimensions, upper/lower limits, measurement method, cut length, quantity and critical features.
